Camel, Winston, Benson & Hedges – Japan Tobacco Industry is the world’s third biggest tobacco enterprise and, since 2009, BLITZEN serves as its agency for online services and digital communication. We put into effect all of JTI Germany’s multimedia projects, including the conception, coordination, operation and roll-out of the whole digital signage section. By now, over 8.000 points of sale, such as gas stations, tobacco shops and kiosks are equipped with the tailored screens.
Our management and client databases not only manage the screens and tablets but also more than 1,00,000 client contacts. Each year, we carry out up to 100 special promotions such as microsites, mailings and sweepstakes. A team of technicians, developers and project managers is always on hand to take care of maintenance and upkeep. The B2B sector is the second pillar of JTI's digital brand communication: To meet the demands we developed the Händlerportal, an online portal for retailers, which both sales portal and information platform for retailers and sales reps. It is organised through a complex database we developed and manage as well.
